Bill on “Export and Import of the Cultural Values” introduced for the 2nd stage by Government was discussed at the sitting of Parliament Commission on Science, Education, Culture and Youth.
Bill authors and a few Commission members had discords in some articles of the bill. In particular, Commission Chair Hranush Hakobyan suggested the authors to bring the article regarding the diplomatic persons exporting cultural values in correspondence with the proper convention.
Commission Vice-Chair Ruben Hovsepyan suggested not to determine the export order for the weapons of cultural value in a separate article and to insert it in the general ticket of cultural values.
Bill on “Making an amendment to the Law on ”Rights of Consumers” was discussed.
