President Kocharyan received Wednesday the head of Russian Russia Railwaystate-owned company Gennady Fadeyev.

Decision to establish a Russian-Armenian company is expected to be announced today at Russia Railway and Armenia Railway companies’ joint news conference.

At his meeting with Armenian president, Fadeyev presented details of his initiative.

Kocharyan, in turn, pointed out economic growth in Armenia and said every effort should be made remove the circumstances, such as cargoes transportation problem, that can hobble the republic economy.
