Support A1+!Akhaltckha District Court allocated a sanction to the Investigation Department of Home Affairs on taking Gigla Baramidze, ex representative of Georgian President in Samtckhe-Javakhq into custody.
According to A-INFO, the incident of wounding Kakha Tsereteli, ex Chair of Akhaltckha District Department in 2002 January made by Baramidze served basis for the Court decision.
For the time being the law-enforcement bodies don’t inform about the details of the criminal case. Under the reliable sources, Gigla Baramidze wounded Tsereteli in drunk or in drug effect. The following day of the incident Baramidze resigned office.
