NEW AMBASSADOR IN ARMENIA

Mrs. Daniele Del Marmol, the newly-appointed Ambassador of Belgium to Armenia /residence in Brussels/ has today presented her credentials to President Robert Kocharyan.

Congratulating the diplomat on the new post, President Kocharyan said Armenia emphasizes development of bilateral relations with European countries and cooperation with European structures.

Robert Kocharyan stated that he was pleased with dynamics and efficiency of Armenian-Belgian political and economic relations.

President and Ambassador talked about the regional issues, stressed enrolment of South Caucasus states in “Wider Europe: New Neighbours” policy of European Union.
