Armenian Parliament Vice-Speaker Vahan Hovanisyan and Chairmen of Parliament Committees met Bulgarian President Georgi Prvanov and the delegation he heads.

Parliament Vice-Speaker thanked Bulgarian Authorities for their stance to settle Karabakhi conflict only in a peaceful way. He underlined development of transport communication between two states especially while Russia has closed the road to Transcaucasus for struggle against terrorism and Russia-Armenia freight services are broken, which greatly harms the economy of Armenia.
