During the 59th session of UNO General Assembly Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanyan met UNO Secretary General Kofi Annan.

They have discussed issues regarding UNO reforms and Armenia-UNO cooperation. At the request of Secretary General Minister Oskanyan represented the settlement process of Karabakhi conflict.

In the morning Vardan Oskanyan met Juan Mendez, UNO Secretary General Councilor on Genocide Prevention, Li Jaosin, Chinese Minister of Foreign Affairs and Alfredo Mantika, Italian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
