ARMENIAN DEFENCE MINISTER RECEIVES FINNISH AMBASSADOR

Serge Sargssyan, Armenian defence minister and secretary of president-affiliated Security Council, received Finland’s ambassador to Armenia Teri Hakala on Thursday.

The ambassador said first steps are already done to establish ties in military area. Finnish specialists from the OSCE have taken part at Armenian armed forces inspection.

Finnish-Sweden delegation is to visit Armenia soon.

The fact that Armenian and Finnish peacekeepers in Balkan countries are closely cooperating was mentioned as well during the reception.
