A wide range of Armenian-Iranian relations was discussed at the meeting. The presidents exchange their views on regional and international issues.
An agreement between Armenia and Iran was signed during enlarged talks that followed the presidents’ tete-a-tete meeting. The agreement specifies grounds and principles of cooperation between the two countries.
A number of documents on cooperation in energy, culture and tax areas were also signed.
