Robert Kocharyan has today signed the Law on Making Changes and Amendments to the Armenian Law on “2004 State Budget of Armenia”, approved by Parliament.

Under it, about 12 milliard drams saved from 2003 state budget will be spent by the end of 2004 for road planning, school building, allotting grants to the water sphere etc.
