RUSSIA NEEDS “NAIRIT” PROFIT

President Robert Kocharyan has today received Andrei Ishchuk, Chair of Directors’ Board of “Volgaburmash” Company. Ishckuk is in Armenia to carry through the preparation work for buying bargain of the control packet of shares of “Nairit” Company.

”Volgaburmash” is the most modern machine-building enterprise in Russia. It has experience in CIS, in Ukraine in particular.

Mr. Ishchuk informed about preparation of the bargain and the investment projects of “Volgaburmash” for “Nairit” development.

According to him, “Volgaburmash” is resolute to restore the former reputation of “Nairit” and plans programs on both production and realization.

Robert Kocharyan welcomed entrance of such a huge company in Armenia, and expressed confidence that our state will have a stable and reliable partner in the person of “Volgaburmash”.
