KOCHARYAN RECEIVING GERMAN FM
Support A1+!President Robert Kocharyan has today hosted the delegation, headed by Germany Vice-Chancellor, Foreign Affairs Minister Joschka Fischer.
Talking about Karabakhi conflict settlement, the interlocutors stressed necessity to implement measures creating mutual trust between both parts.
According to Kocharyan, Armenia has suggested the formula “Settlement through Cooperation” for many times but Azerbaijan doesn’t accept it.
At Joschka Fischer’s request, Kocharyan referred to Armenian-Turkish relations. Introducing the stance of the official Yerevan, President said Armenia had always appeared in favor of dialogue without preconditions stating the relations between the two countries must not be conditioned by Armenia’s relations with a third one.
