ARMENIA, RWANDA TO SET DIPLOMATIC RELATIONSHIP

Armenia’s and Rwanda’s permanent representatives in the U.N. Armen Martirosyan and StanislaW Kamanzin signed a protocol on Monday establishing diplomatic ties between the two countries.

Both sides expressed wish to make all possible efforts to develop relations between the two states.
