KOCHARYAN CONGRATULATING
Support A1+!Armenian President Robert Kocharyan sent a congratulation message to Vladimir Putin on his re-election for the president’s post. The message particularly says:
”I frankly congratulate you in connection with your convincing victory at the presidential elections. On March 14 Russia elected in favor of stability, democracy and prosperity. The elections proved that the Russian people consider you the leader who takes the country through the way of stable development, staying loyal to protection of national interests and friendly and collaborative policy.
Your personal contribution to intensification of Russian-Armenian relations is appreciated deeply in Armenia. I want to reconfirm our willingness to continue cooperation with Russia.
