Chairman of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Peter Schieder, in his letter to Armenian Representative in the CE, asked to convey his condolences to the family of the Armenian officer brutally killed in Budapest, where he attended the NATO training course, by his Azeri fellow trainee.

Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanyan received Friday a message of strong condemnation of that “brutal and inhuman action” from his Kazakh counterpart Kasimjumart Tokaev.
