Speaking about safety of Baku-Tbilisi-Jeyhan oil-pipe line during his recent visit to Baku Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili said that the Armenians residing along the oil-pipe have no concern about construction of it.

But the Armenian population living along the oil-pipe /Tsalkai, Borjomi, Akhaltckha districts/voiced discontent of building the oil-line and protested.

According to “A-Info” Agency, the residents of Armenian Tapatsghur village in Borjomi haven’t yet been granted the indemnity for the lands seized.

Borjomi district leaders aren’t occupied with the issue of fair distribution of the sums from land sale among Tapatsghur villagers.
