Robert Kocharyan has today met the special delegation on controlling the Armenia’s obligations within CE Ministers’ Committee, led by Ambassador Pietro Herkule Ago.

Mr Ago voiced satisfaction over abolition of capital punishment. Issues regarding the constitutional reforms and improvement of the electoral legislation were discussed at the meeting.

According to CE representative, the reforms implemented will support intensification and consolidation of the democratic processes in Armenia.

At the guests’ request Robert Kocharyan referred to the settlement of Karabakhi conflict.

There’s nothing said about Ago’s possible questioning over Opposition boycott in the press release from the President’s Information Service.
