PRESIDENT ISSUING DECREES
Support A1+!Under the decree of president Robert Kocharyan, Major-General Stepan Mirzoyan, head of the Military Institute of Armenian Defense Ministry, was given upon the rank of Lieutenant-General.
President also issued a decree on conferring the rank of a Major-General upon Colonel Valeri Grigoryan, Commander of the 5th army corpus of Armenian Defense Ministry and Colonel Garegin Gabrielyan, Commander of N 60925 military unit of Defense Ministry.
