“VOROTAN-ARPA” WILL BE PUT IN COMMISSION IN THE SECOND PART OF OCTOBER
Support A1+!On September 5 the sitting of the governmental committee for exploitation the unit “Hydraulic Engineering Structures on Vorotan River ” took place in Government presided by Hovik Abrahamyan, Armenian Minister for Territorial Management and Co-ordinating Activity of Infrastructures.
The report of the working group affiliated to the committee on implementation of works was heard. Vladimir Movsisyan, PM’ councillor and Deputy Chair of the Governmental Committee and Rudik Ghukasyan, Deputy Chair of the State Committee on Water Economy under Armenian Government expressed their points on the issues discussed.
As a result of discussion activity of working groups and reconstruction process were marked as satisfying, proper tasks on the necessary works and terms of exploitation of the unit were set. September 30, 2003 was fixed as the preliminary term for finishing construction, and the second decade of October was set the period for putting the establishment in commission.
