Support A1+!Being guided by the Constitution and basing upon the resolution of Justice Council, president Robert Kocharyan signed a decree on appointing judges in the First Instance Courts and the Appeal Court.
Under the decree, Hamlet Asatryan was appointed the judge of the Criminal and Military Cases’ Chamber of the Appeal Court, being relieved of his post for judge of the Criminal and Military Cases Chamber of the Review Court.
Artush Gabrielyan was appointed the judge of the First Instance Court of Erebuni and Nubarashen Communes of Yerevan, and Anahit Tumanyan the judge for the First Instance Court of Syunik Province.
