ACTIVITY PROGRAM OF COALITION GOVERNMENT WELCOMED
Support A1+!On June 20 the new Parliament continued working. MPs of “Justice” and “National Unity” didn’t take part in the sitting.
Being guided by the 107th article of Parliament regulations, Speaker Arthur Baghdasaryan stated under the `order`, if within 24 hours one third of all the MPs doesn’t introduce a bill on distrust to Government, the activity program of Government is considered adopted.
On behalf of Parliament Mr Baghdasaryan congratulated Government on welcoming the program, wishing efficient working. He also thanked all the political powers for determination and support to the coalition Government.
On behalf of Government PM Andranik Margaryan thanked Parliament for trust, voicing confidence that the political coalition will display a political will to carry out the joint programs, and solve the problems, securing further progress in the country and welfare of the people.
The first siting period of the Parliament of the third convocation finished working. Under the Parliament statute, the second sitting period of Parliament will start the second Monday of September 2003.
