PRESIDENT SIGNED THE CRIMINAL CODE
Support A1+!On April 29 president Robert Kocharyan signed the Criminal Code of Armenia, approved by Parliament on April 18, 2003.
He also signed the Law on “Putting the Criminal Code into force“, approved by Parliament.
Under the Law, beginning from 2003’ August 1 the Criminal Code of Armenia, approved by Parliament on April 18, 2003, is valid, except for the clauses for which other terms and order for putting them into force are provided by the given Law.
