Today president Robert Kocharyan met the members of Farmers’ National Union of Armenia. Congratulating Kocharyan on his re-election, farmers of Armenia assured they will keep supporting all the projects by the president channelled to economical development of the country .

Kocharyan said he wanted to discuss the situation in the sphere, the problems after the harsh winter, and the issues about the possible aid by the state.

He also stated farm development in Armenia has some influence on forming competition in home market, adding that joining International Trade Organisation allows great potentialities to the Armenian farmers to make their way in the international market.
