Taking into consideration Government’s initiative and guided by the Constitution, Armenian President Robert Kocharyan signed Monday an edict to convene a special session of the National Assembly on April 10. 19 issues are included in the session agenda. Mass Media Bill will be on the Parliament floor as well.
