ARKADI GHUKASSYAN MEETS WITH UNIVERSITY STUDENTS AND LECTURERS
Support A1+!Nagorno-Karabakh Republic’s president Arkadi Ghukassyan visited Artsakh State University as part of his election campaign.
Speaking on Karabakhi conflict settlement, Ghukassyan once again confirmed the Karabakhi leadership stance to make further efforts to obtain international recognition.
To reach the goal it is necessary to prove that Karabakh is a part of Europe, he said adding that the republic will keep on implementing reforms on democratisation as well as welfare and other reforms related to all spheres of life. Karabakhi president also spoke on some achievements in the economic area. For example, last year, gross product rose 111,3 % compering with 2001, which makes 26,5 billion drams, he said.
Ghukassyan also noted that legal and judicial systems reform has already entered its final stage.
Completing his speech Karabakhi leader expressed his confidence in the university student’s ability saying he believes they will become high-qualified specialists and use their knowledge to promote Artsakh’s prosperity, strengthen its security, make living conditions better and obtain international recognition of Nagorno-Karabakh.
