Armenian President Robert Kocharyan received Tuesday UNDT Resident Representative and Coordinator Joel Boutroue, whose mission in Armenia is already completed.

President Kocharyan expressed gratitude to Mr. Boutroue for his work in Armenia saying it was fruitful despite being short-term.
