AN AZERI SCOUT ATTEMPTED TO BURST THROUGH NKR DEFENSE LINE
Support A1+!On February 13, 2003, the Karabagh servicemen, carrying out their combat duty in the north-east direction of the Nagorno Karabagh and Azerbaijan armed forces, arrested an Azerbaijani scout attempting to burst through the NKR defense line.
The detainee was conveyed to the NKR capital of Stepanakert, where the Republic’s law-enforcement bodies launched corresponding investigation measures.
According to the accepted `order`, the Offices of the OSCE and International Committee of the Red Cross, accredited in the NKR, were timely informed on the incident.
