President Kocharyan received Russia’s Culture Minister Mikhail Swidko. Speaking on the agreement on three-year-long cooperation signed up with his Armenian counterpart, Mr. Swidko said the cooperation is the beginning of large-range relationship between the two countries in the culture area.

Russian Minister finds it very important to stage joint events in various spheres of the culture. He also informed about famous composer Aram Khachaturyan’s birth centenary celebration to be performed the next year in Russia.
