PRESIDENT KOCHARYAN ISSUES EDICT

On November 13, president Kocharyan signed an edict on making changes to his edict on the government composition dated from March 16.

According to newly issued presidential edict, the State Revenue Ministry is to be transformed into government-affiliated Tax Department. Hereby, the Ministry-related 14 item of the presidential previous edict has lost its force.

The edict states that the following governing bodies affiliated to the republic government are to be operate until the completion of state system reforming process: 1. State Committee of Property; 2. Emergency Department; 3. State Tax Agency; 4. State Custom Committee; 5. Migration and Refugees Department; 6. State Committee on Water Resources; 7. Civil Aviation Department.
