ARMENIAN NATIONAL ASSEMBLY SPEAKER RECEIVES IRAQI CHARGE D'AFFAIRES
Support A1+!Armenian Parliament Speaker Armen Khachatryan received Tuesday Iraqi Charge d’ Affaires to Armenia Tarik Muhammad Yahay.
The economic cooperation issues were considered at the meeting. It was told that Iraqi Trade Minister is to arrive in Armenia soon. Both sides hope his visit to have a positive impact on economic relations between the two countries.
Speaking on conflicts, the Parliament Speaker said Armenia remains stuck to any conflict peaceful solution and opposed to military interference, which will have a negative impact on the situation in the region. Economic collaboration is a crucial factor in political problems’ solution, he says.
Armen Khachatryan attached a great importance to inter-parliamentary and economic ties strengthening saying the economic relationship includes dealing with both state and private enterprises.
