“Javakhk” people movement activist and “Virq” party member Fedya Torosyan’s arrest has prompted Georgian Armenians-dominated Javakhk province public organisations' anger.

Officials said he has been charged with careless dealing with fiscal documents at the time when he was the province’s Power Network director. However, as reported, Javakhk political and public organisations’ representatives say, Torosyan was taken in custody on political grounds.
