PUTIN CONGRATULATES
Support A1+!Russia's president Vladimir Putin sent a congratulation message to Robert Kocharyan on the Independence Holiday of Armenia.
It says: "With all my heart I congratulate You and all Armenian people on the National Holiday of Amenia - the Independence Day. It's very joyous that Russian-Armenian relations develop the way of mutual understanding and multilateral collaboration and the strategical partnership of our countries becomes more large-scaled and dynamic.
