In today's Government special session presided by PM Andranik Margaryan, decision draft on privatization of "Armenia's Electricity Supply Networks" CJSC was discussed. It was introduced by Justice Minister David Harutyunyan.

Government approved the decision of the tender commission for privatization of "AESN" CJSC on declaring MIDLAND RESOURCES HOLDING LTD the winner in the privatization tender .

"Contract on Buying Shares of "AESN" CJSC" concluded between Armenian Government and the above company was adopted. Armen Movsisyan, Armenian Minister of Power Resources, Vardan Khachatryan, Finance and Economy Minister, David Vardanyan, the Minister for State Property Management and Justice Minister David Harutyunyan were authorized to conclude the contract on behalf of Armenian Government.
