PRESIDENT KOCHARYAN SIGNS A DECREE
Support A1+!On August 22-nd president Robert Kocharyan signed a decree on appointing Hovhannes Asryan the Chair of the Human Rights Commission attached to the Armenian president. Before Asryan was given a new assignment he had been the Co-Chair of the same Commission.
The president also signed an edict under which Armenia's state prizes are determined for the valuable and unique works in literature and art spheres.
Under the August 22-nd order president Kocharyan also established the staff of the commissions for the state prizes in literature and art spheres.
