As Mediamax new agency reports, Russia’s Foreign Ministry Deputy Spokesman B. Malakhov said Wednesday commenting Nagorno-Karabakhi presidential elections scheduled for August 11 that official Moscow supported Azerbaijan territorial integrity principle and didn’t recognise Nagorno-Karabakh as an independent state. "The future status of Nagorno-Karabakh should be determined without using any force and only through political negotiations between the parts included in Minsk process. At the same time, Moscow doesn’t think peaceful solution to the problem could depend on Karabakhi elections", the agency quoted Malakhov as saying.
