Armenian president Robert Kocharyan sent a telegram of condolence to his Ukrainian counterpart Leonid Kuchma on SU-27 plane crash in Ukrainian city of Lvov. “I am deeply saddened by the tragedy taken a heavy toll of human life and feel deep regret and sympathy with the victims”, the president says in the telegram.
