Basing on the conclusion by the Justice Council / July 16, 2002 / and following the 11-st plank of the 55-th article of Constitution, president Robert Kocharyan signed a decree on cessation of power of Manushak Hakobyan, the judge of the First Instance Court of Gegharqunik Province by her own application.

Basing on the conclusion by the Justice Council / July 12, 2002 / and following the 11-st plank of the 55-th article of Constitution, president Kocharyan signed another decree on cessation of power of Gegham Nersisyan, the judge of the First Instance Court of Shirak Province by his own application.
