Today president Robert Kocharyan received the delegation led by Lidi Palfer, Luxemburg's Vice Prime-Minister as well as the Minister of Foreign Affairs.

The execution process of Armenia's CE commitments has been spoken about in the meeting. Robert Kocharyan said work are being done on that part. There are some delays because of technical problems but they will soon be settled.

The issue on settlement of Karabagh conflict was as well referred to.
