Armenia representatives didn’t sign a document on death penalty abrogation, which was signed by 36 of 44 CE members at the 110 session of Council of Europe held in Vilnius.

Also Bulgaria, Croatia, Azerbaijan, Albania, Slovakia and Turkey representatives refused to sign the document, the CE press service told Mediamax news agency.
