On April the 16-th Ambassador Kristian Ter-Stepanyan, Armenia permanent representative in European Council presented European Council General Secretary Valter Shvimer ratifications for European Convention changed by Human Rights Defence 11-st protocol, Covention additional Protocol as well the ratifications for 4-th and 7-th Protocols.

By ratifying Human Righs Convention Armenia entered a new phaze in the Eurointegration way thus providing access for Armenian citizens to the authoritative International System of Human Rights and Basic Freedoms Defence.
