ADVOCATES ARE LODGING APPEAL

The advocates of Smbat Ayvazyan, member of the political board of the Hanrapetutyun Party, will lodge an appeal against Court of First Instance of Kentron and Nork-Marash districts on December 9.
Remind that on November 19 the Court sentenced Smbat Ayvazyan to two years in prison for carrying illegal weapon and using violence against a government representative.
The advocates are going to appeal to the European Court of Human Rights in case the Appellate Court dismisses the action.
