ARMENIAN AND TURKISH FOREIGN MINISTERS MEET
Support A1+!Armenian and Turkish Foreign Ministers Edward Nalbandyan and Ali Babacan met today on the sidelines of the meeting of OSCE Ministers in the capital of Finland. RA Foreign Ministry press speaker Tigran Balayan told “MediaMax” that the main issue of the talks remains the normalization of relations between Armenia and Turkey. According to the same source, Assistant to U.S. Secretary of State Matthew Brayza stated in an interview that he believes that Armenia and Turkey are close to signing an agreement on the establishment of diplomatic relations despite the presence of certain disagreements.
