COURT HEARING ADJOURNED TILL OCTOBER 30
Support A1+!The court hearing on the case of Vardan Jhangiryan, brother of ex deputy Prosecutor General Gagik Jhangiryan, was adjourned today because of Jhangiryan's absence.
Jhangiryan's advocates submitted to Judge Mnatsakan Martirosyan the medical certificate grounding for the defendant’s absence.
Remind that Vardan Jhangiryan charged under Article 316 of the Penal Code /violence against a government representative/ suffers from cervical spine tuberculosis. On September 22 the case had been dismissed because of Jhangiryan's ill-health.
The next sitting is due at 10.00, October 30.
