TRIAL ADJOURNED
Support A1+!On May 21 the RoA Appellate Court adjourned the trial of Avetik Ghrechian because of Advocate Armen Martirossian's sickness absence.
Reminder, the general jurisdiction court of Gegharkunik marz had found Ghrechian guilty according to Article 235 of the RoA Penal Code. Ghrechian was sentenced to two years' imprisonment. He is charged with bearing illegal weapon.
Commander of the “Arabkir” detachment Hovhannes Harutiunian was found guilty by the general jurisdiction court of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeitun districts under the same Article. He was sentenced to a 1.5-year imprisonment.
