Support A1+!“Tigran Sargssian who hasn’t served in the Army, was appointed to the position of RA Prime Minister contrary to the requirements of the “Law on Mandatory Military Service”, Article 30”, announces the NGO “Supreme Council – MP Club”. “Consequently they break the Constitutional Order “All are equal for the law”.
“It is obvious that in our country higher positions are chiefly held by those who have not served in the Army, among them the National Assembly Chairman, the Prime Minister, certain members of the Constitutional Court, President of the Court of Appeal, President of the Central Bank, Mayor of Yerevan, most of the Government members, the Attorney General and others”, the NGO members say and conclude: “Is this the guarantee of our success?”
