Over 200 students of higher educational establishments went on strike on February 22. They directed to Liberty Square with appeals, “Join our strike!”

About ten policemen dispersed the procession with truncheons. Though the students stopped shouting they disobeyed their instruction to return to the university.

To note, students of Yerevan State University have been instructed not to leave the premises.
