An incident has been provoked today in the town of Artashat during Levon Ter-Petrossian’s meeting. A group of people assaulted on rally participants throwing stones at Ter-Petrossian’s team. According to witnesses the stones injured the first President's bodyguard.

Levon Ter-Petrossian accuses relatives of Hovik Abrahamian and considers the attack an attempt upon his life.
