The certificate was given by Alvina Zakarian.
“As we still have time, let’s live and see whether I shall be sentenced or not. I endorse and obey the country’s laws. I am ready to bear responsibility for my mistakes if I ever committed such,” she said.
Today’s press conference was devoted to the upcoming presidential election. According to official data over 2 312 945 people will participate in the elections.
To remind, 2 285 830 people participated in the parliamentary elections of May 12, 2007.
