Elections for the Shengavit district head are scheduled for July 22. The residents knew who the next district head would be long before the elections.

“I am more than convinced that Sargis Hovhannisyan will become the district head,” the local residents told A1+ prior to Mushegh Movsisyan’s withdrawal.

At present Sargis Hovhannisyan has no rivals. One can come across his posters at every step.

It is noteworthy that Sargis Hovhannisyan is the RA Judo Federation vice-chairman and has always supported local sportsmen.
