The chair of the NKR Central Electoral Commission Sergey Nasibyan released the preliminary results on the NKR presidential elections. According to him turnout was 77.36 percent, i.e. 71 287 enfranchised voters voted. 57,798 citizens voted for Bako Sahakyan, which makes 85.36% of the total voters. 8270 or 12.21 percent voted for Masis Mayilyan. Armen Abgaryan received 1.16 percent or 856 votes and Vanya Avanesyan – 0.3% or 202 votes.
