Support A1+!The RA Constitutional Court continues the hearings of appeals of four political powers - the “New Times”, “Orinats Yerkir”, “Republican” parties and the “Impeachment” block on the results of the NA elections. Today Garegin Azaryan, the Chairman of the Central Electoral Commission, answered to the questions of the Constitutional Court. He was inquired on the torn and open bags. “We had polling stations when the bags full of ballot papers were torn. They were technical issues and did not reflect on the results of the elections”, said Garegin Azaryan.
Reflecting on the absence of signatures under the protocols, Mr Azaryan noted that there were protocols where only one signature stood instead of four which he motivated by the work pressure during the election day.
